Auditions: Auditions are held just before the beginning of classes each semester.
The University Chorus is open to singers in the greater UC community: undergraduate and graduate students in various disciplines, spouses of students, faculty, and staff, as well as community members. .

Audition Procedure
We will judge your audition on the basis of all of your skills combined. Even if you have little singing experience but your musicianship skills are very strong, we are happy to hear you audition. Generally, singers in the University Chorus are expected to have music literacy: if you have little formal musicianship training but have substantial singing experience and excellent musical ears, we are happy to consider your audition.

Music Majors planning to audition for Music 150B (private vocal instruction) should sign up on the 150B audition sheet on the bulletin board outside 104 Morrison. Auditions will be held on Monday, January 28th from 12:10 - 1:40 PM in 125 Morrison.
Chamber Chorus is not being offered as a course this semester, but will still meet as an ensemble. The Chamber Chorus will rehearse Wednesdays from 5:30-7:30 PM in Hertz Hall. To audition for Chamber Chorus sign-up for a Chorus audition and let them know you want to sing in Chamber Chorus..
