Hertz Hall is on the Berkeley campus near the intersection of College Avenue and Bancroft Way (southeast section of campus, near the top of College Avenue - Map and Directions). Noon Concerts start promptly at 12:15 and end by 1:00. For Noon Concerts please enter through the southwest doors. The southwest doors open at 11:55 (twenty minutes before the concert) for general seating in Berkeley's 678-seat Hertz Hall.

No food, drinks, cameras, laptop computers or audio/visual recording devices are permitted inside the concert hall without special permission from concert staff and performers.

Out of consideration for the performers and audience, latecomers are seated only during selected pauses.
Concerts will be recorded.
Children must be able to listen quietly and should be seated near to an exit.

Noon Concert Series Auditions for concerts in Spring 2009:

• Wednesday, November 12, 2008, starting at 8:00 pm in Hertz Hall
• Auditions are NOT OPEN to the public
• Application deadline: Wednesday, November 5, at 5 pm, deliver to 104 Morrison Hall, attn: Penny Boys
• Audition schedule will be posted Friday, November 7, and applicants will receive email confirmation of their audition time
• Campus affiliation required, however, preference is given to Music majors and other current students - consult the Music Department office for further information.
• Return the application form to the Music Department office, 104 Morrison Hall. Auditions slots are filled as applications are received. Applications received after all slots are filled may be put on a waiting list. Applications must be received by the deadline to be considered.
